These Terms govern your use of the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by them. If you don't agree, do not use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email in violation of CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, the EU ePrivacy Directive, or any other applicable law where the recipients live.
  • Send to addresses obtained without a lawful basis (scraped, purchased lists without consent where consent is required, etc.).
  • Impersonate any person or organization, or use deceptive subject lines, sender names, or reply-to addresses.
  • Send content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, sexually exploitative, or that promotes violence or discrimination.
  • Distribute malware, phishing links, or attempt to compromise security.
  • Resell, white-label, or expose the Service to third parties without our written consent.
  • Bypass rate limits, idempotency keys, or other technical controls.

Your responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for the recipients, content, and compliance of every email sent through your connected account.
  • You must include a valid postal mailing address and a working unsubscribe link in every email. The Service inserts these automatically based on your profile; you must keep that information accurate and current.
  • You must honor opt-out requests promptly. The Service maintains a per-account suppression list; manually circumventing it is a breach of these Terms.

Account & billing

Plans, prices, and usage allowances are described on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Usage above your plan's included quota is metered and billed at the next invoice cycle. Refunds are issued at our discretion, except where required by law.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms (including violations of the acceptable-use section above), for non-payment, or to comply with law. On termination your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing all output before sending. We do not warrant deliverability of email through third-party providers (Gmail, Outlook, etc.), nor any specific reply or conversion rate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your recipients, or your breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days before taking effect; continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
